About Us

Mahasiddha Kadampa Meditation Centre is a Buddhist temple located in Surry Hills and is a residential community of both lay and ordained practitioners. The centre provides a facility where people can learn about meditation and Modern Buddhism. The centre provides a calm and inspiring space in which to unwind and let go of the busyness of daily life. The classes at Mahasiddha Centre are all held in the beautiful world peace Temple, which houses a traditional Buddhist shrine. For those who cannot attend classes in the Temple, Mahasiddha Centre holds weekly meditation classes in various locations around Sydney.

Mahasiddha Centre is a not-for-profit organisation whose aim is to create peace and harmony within our world. All proceeds are channelled towards this aim. Everyone is welcome to visit Mahasiddha Kadampa Meditation Centre.
