Central Coast Meditation Centre has been established for 13 years, a non for profit organisation the Centre is dedicated to the dissemination of Tibetan Buddhism. Our mission is to promote the teachings and philosophy of the Buddha and to teach meditation to the public.

The Centre follows the principles of the Sakya lineage of His Holiness Sakya Trizin. And sponsors visiting Tibetan Lamas to give teachings to the people of the Central Coast.

Teaching Tradition: Vajrayana, Sakya.

Spiritual Director: Lama Choedak Rinpoche is the Spiritual Director of the Tibetan Buddhist Society of Canberra (Sakya Losal Choe Dzong www.sakya.com.au.)

One of the few meditation masters in Australia, Lama Choedak trained under His Eminence Chogye Trichen Rinpoche (who taught His Holiness the Dalai Lama and His Holiness Sakya Trizin).
